Hotel Isg Heidelberg

The stay here was great for my visit to EMBL with plenty of delicious meals.

The room was functional and neat with 2 separate beds, we really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was close to a tram and the center of Heidelberg. Also, the venue was 5 minutes drive from Heimatmuseum Rohrbach.

A really big and open room, plenty of space to move around, and a satisfying shower experience. 🚿

Very nice staff, both at the reception and in the service. Very clean, sufficiently large and functionally furnished rooms, everything you need is there, even a refrigerator, coffee/tea kit, room service (I didn't even have it in a Marriott Courtyard lately!). Great beer garden with a menu where everyone can find something acceptable at very humane prices and also tasty. I had forgotten my toothbrush and I was surprised that my request at the reception for an emergency toothbrush kit was answered positively.I didn't expect that. but it was worth trying. and against all expectations it was successful! All in all was very satisfying and highly recommended!.

The parking was a bit difficult, as there was no sufficiently large parking space available for hotel guests (due to construction work?) and there are not really many possibilities on the road within an acceptable walking distance due to private and resident parking spaces (it is a residential area!).

The hotel was exceptionally friendly and straightforward with FAST people out from reception desk. The location was marvellous and excellent in the nice area. There was the wood and a hillside next to the place.

The location was good, adjacent to the nearby forest, a bus line and the center, in a nice area. Booked double room, that was provided with good facilities, 2 separate beds and a balcony to chill out.

The accommodation here is well-maintained with top-quality service from the staff at the reception desk.

Could not get wifi in room. Had to move to hallway to get any decent signal

there is a rule staff at one night, not convenient if don't have a car.

Room is good, clean. Hotel bar is very nice.

Location is not good at all, very far from city center. You must have a car or patience in public transportation.
